PM Tuning Racing Products own handmade expansion chamber suitable for Gilera Runner and Italjet Dragster 125cc – 180cc standard and tuned cylinders. This exhaust gives approximately 3bhp over the standard exhaust. Supplied with fitting kit but excludes muffler please select your muffler colour from the list above.

Code named PM59 X-Tech pro, our famous 360 Degree rear ward facing muffler features include.
1. Two-piece rear baffle cone/construction for improved exhaust harmonics and sharper looks.
2. Polished stainless steel end cap in two choices stright or curved end tip with rolled end pipe edge and laser engraved PM tuning logo.
3. Revised trick looking CNC alloy gold anodised hanging bracket CNC engraved PM TUNING logo with quick release chamber rubber mounting system for improved durability and ease of mounting.
4. Revised muffler support using PM laser cut stainless steel strapping to chamber mounting to allow for greater expansion tolerances and improved long-term duty cycle. 5. Double outer skin front down pipe reinforcement. 6. New CNC machined Trapezoidal bore exhaust stub, perfectly machined to match our PM Prostreet cylinder oval exhaust port, using a “O” ring method for optimal sealing and to avoid flange warpage.
