PM TUNING EVOLUTION EXHAUST SCOMADI 2T CONVERSION
Made from 1.0mm CR4 high carbon steel utilising a fully tapered header pipe and dyno-developed in-house by our highly skilled exhaust engineers, the PM93 Evolution design is currently the only off the shelf commercially available exhaust dedicated to represent a traditional Lambretta styled layout fully formulated expansion chamber for a Scomadi 2T conversion.

Owning a modern automatic with a 4 stroke engine is not everyone’s cup of tea. Following trends of reviving retro vehicles, bygone days of charismatic 2 stroke engines with traditional sound, performance, and smell, has given popular rise to combine the classic Scomadi style with a very desirable 2 stroke Piaggio donor engine. These engines have been proven to be the most popular choice in either air or liquid cooled variants, and when you add in some revamping with the plethora of PM Tuning parts available, you’ve got yourself a fantastic 2 stroke performance scooter with style.
Our PM93 has been tailored for DIY Scomadis fitted with 2 stroke engines using the popular Aprilia/Gilera/Piaggio/Italjet 125/172/180 in air or liquid cooled formats. This exhaust system has been especially designed for owners that have converted their Scomadi TL50/125 to accept a 2 stroke engine as listed above. We have based the fitment of the PM93 on a TL50 modified linkage cradle (engine to frame link bracket 50.) Please note: the purchaser should understand many of these conversions are based on home DIY engineering, so the way the linkage mounting is fabricated is open to different configurations. This may compromise clearance of the exhaust on your particular engine to frame linkage bracket.
We can offer an exchange Scomadi 4T 50cc to 2T engine linkage bracket should you need please call for further information. Options We have now added a choice of Cylinder Stub Connections to allow you to select the appropriate type. We show a breakdown of each component so that you can select with or without TSAB mounting bracket option and muffler choice to complete your purchase. PM93 is available with 6 muffler options, factory or show chrome finish upon request. With the tremendous range of tuning paraphernalia we have available it is possible to stylise a completely unique scooter, with your own personal stamp on it. Our knowledgeable team is happy to advise on any parts or specifications you are considering, and will provide help and support throughout your journey in the scootering conversion world.

Please Note : A standard Lambretta style centre stand WILL NOT fit will this exhaust system. An alternative suggestion for a centre stand is to adapt and modify the centre stand arrangement from the original donor scooter as this stand operates on the engine and not the frame.
