PM Tuning CNC billet alloy twin disc conversion with anti-dive for use with standard drum and disc links which have to be reversed fitted – (drum). This conversion includes speedo drive and fitting hardware & now come fitted with our new uprated Forged Mono Billet Caliper (at no extra cost), with stainless steel saw rotors UK manufactured to a very high standard and now also suitable for AF and SIP tubeless rims by fitting the longer 33mm bolts which are also supplied.
The caliper, A recent concept are Machined from a single drop forged special alloy, the piston bores are machined through one side forming a blind bore hole the outer entry bore hole is then capped with a screw cap with seals forming a mono block bolt less construction featuring Oversized 32mm dual stainless steel pistons, Fully sintered brake pads with oversized brake pad surface area & Stainless steel hardware throughout meaning no more seized in pistons or brake pad pins!
The discs, Manufactured from high grade heat treated stainless steel, precision surface ground. The idea is a well proven design in moto cross and road race applications. The shape of the disc promotes better cooling and heat dissipation due to the shape and increased surface area, the wave action resists glazing which is a common problem associated with brake fade. Durability is increased with this type of disc design providing optimum braking performance with the latest looks.

For customers who are wanting a different design we now offer the volante and scoot rs tubeless rims center spinners as optional extras meaning that if you want to go for different rims or a different look you won’t need to purchase a new disc brake unit
